Life happens, and I am very understanding of that. Your $20 deposit is refundable up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. For same-day cancellations made up to an hour before your scheduled service, your deposit will not be returned, but there is no further charge (please call 978 654 3493 for same-day cancellations). Once I am on my way to your home or venue, payment will be expected in full.
